Three components are required for a successful DataGroup System setup.

• DataGroup definition files (XSD) – property definitions and associated data types.
• DataGroup definition and catalog type associations (XML) – association of one or more definition files with particular catalog types.
• Catalog item catalogs (XML) – Collections of specific catalog items, each with associated properties and values.
